Quality Assurance

HIOKI strives to improve product dependability by earning certification under applicable standards. thereby ensuring customers' ability to use our products with confidence and peace of mind over the long term.

We've earned JCSS certification (including MRA certification). an important qualification for instrument manufacturers. and we continue to improve our measurement technologies in order to better meet customer needs. we· re also working to train employees at overseas sales subsidiaries in the same calibration skills as their Japanese counterparts. Additionally, we extended the warranty coverage of about 300 more product models to three years in April 2018 thanks to improvements in performance made after the launch of those models. As a result, some 650 product models now enjoy three-year warranty coverage.
