Our technology tracks the physical flow of materials, not paperwork, from source to manufacturer. We create a digital twin of the material itself, connect supply chain participants together and create accountability and reliable proof. Along this backbone, we can collect emission data across scopes 1, 2, and 3, as well as ESG certificates from every participant.

The technology mix, especially the use of the blockchain, provides data security and an immutable record which can be used as proof of activity to regulators, auditors, and investors.

Our Expertise

As a recognised leader in traceability technology, Circulor is actively involved in the global battery regulation landscape. Circulor leads the Battery Pass Demonstration work package on the EU Battery Pass Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for Catena-X and NaatBatt.

Use Cases

Circulor is the market leader with the largest network of EV battery suppliers on our platform tracing critical raw materials from mine to EV battery packs, to demonstrate responsible sourcing and tracking CO2 emissions across the supply chain, in response to the requirements of the EU Battery Regulations and the US Clean Vehicle Tax Credit. 

As of 1 July 2023, we have over 145 faciliities in the EV battery supply chain providing traceability data to our platform. Notable customers include Volvo Cars, Polestar, CATL, LG Energy Solutions, Guangdong Brunp Recycling and BHP. Circulor has also established use cases for our materials such as recycled PET, aluminum.
