  • Sputter deposition technique is used to fabricate a spinel Li-Ni-Mn-O/LiPON/Si-based all-solid-state Li-ion battery. The all-solid-state Li-ion battery exhibited a high cut-off voltage of 4.55 V and superior cycling stability in a wide potential range from 3.0 to 4.55 V.

 

  • Ultrasonic assisted etching process is used to create nano porous structure on the surface of various metal current collectors for lithium ion battery to improve the capacity retention and cycling stability under fast charge/discharge rates.

 

  • High performance additive is used to help the dispersion quality of electrode slurry, thus improve the battery quality.
